যোগ্যতা: বৈধ NID এবং ১৮ বছরের বেশি বয়স থাকলেই আবেদন করা যাবে। শিক্ষার্থী, চাকরিজীবী, ফ্রিল্যান্সার বা উদ্যোক্তা — যে কেউ যুক্ত হতে পারবেন। কোনো বিনিয়োগ বা ট্রেড লাইসেন্স প্রয়োজন নেই।
Eligibility: A valid NID and being 18+ is enough to apply. Students, job holders, freelancers, or entrepreneurs are all welcome. No investment or trade license is required.

অনবোর্ডিং ও ব্রিফিং: অনুমোদনের পর আপনার SR ড্যাশবোর্ড / রেফারেল তথ্য এবং কাজের বিস্তারিত ব্রিফিং আপনার SR Team Lead অফিসিয়াল WhatsApp-এর মাধ্যমে দেবেন। সকল রেফার/ফর্ম অবশ্যই অফিসিয়াল চ্যানেলের মাধ্যমে সম্পন্ন করতে হবে; এর বাইরে করা কাজ কমিশনযোগ্য নয়।
Onboarding & briefing: Upon approval, your SR dashboard / referral details and a full work briefing will be provided by your SR Team Lead via the official WhatsApp. All referrals/forms must go through the official channel; work outside it is not commissionable.

সফল ফর্মের সংজ্ঞা ও কমিশন-যোগ্য প্রতিষ্ঠান: "সফল ফর্ম" বলতে বোঝায় এমন আবেদন যা সম্পূর্ণ ফি পরিশোধসহ অফিসিয়াল চ্যানেলের মাধ্যমে জমা হয়েছে এবং Applying Next কর্তৃক যাচাইকৃত। অসম্পূর্ণ, ডুপ্লিকেট, বাতিল বা রিফান্ডকৃত ফর্ম কমিশনযোগ্য নয়। এছাড়া কমিশন শুধুমাত্র অনুমোদিত/তালিকাভুক্ত শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে আবেদনের জন্য প্রযোজ্য — কোন কোন বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়/প্রতিষ্ঠানে আবেদন করলে কমিশন পাওয়া যাবে তা আপনার SR ড্যাশবোর্ডে উল্লেখ থাকবে; তালিকার বাইরের প্রতিষ্ঠানে করা আবেদন কমিশনযোগ্য নাও হতে পারে।
Successful form & commission-eligible institutions: A "successful form" is one submitted through the official channel with full payment and verified by Applying Next. Incomplete, duplicate, cancelled, or refunded forms do not qualify. In addition, commission applies only to applications made to approved/listed institutions — your SR dashboard specifies which universities/institutions qualify for commission; applications to institutions outside that list may not be commissionable.

Champion Prize: ক্যাম্পেইন চলাকালীন সবচেয়ে বেশি সফল ফর্ম সাবমিশনকারী একজন SR চ্যাম্পিয়ন বিবেচিত হবেন এবং নিয়মিত কমিশনের বাইরে একটি বিশেষ চ্যাম্পিয়ন পুরস্কার পাবেন। চ্যাম্পিয়ন হতে ন্যূনতম ১০,০০০+ সফল ফর্ম থাকতে হবে। পুরস্কার ও নির্দিষ্ট শর্তাবলী Applying Next কর্তৃক নিশ্চিত/ঘোষণা করা হবে এবং এ বিষয়ে কর্তৃপক্ষের সিদ্ধান্ত চূড়ান্ত।
Champion Prize: The single SR with the most successful form submissions during the campaign is recognised as the Champion and receives a special Champion reward on top of regular commission. A minimum of 10,000+ successful forms is required to qualify as Champion. The reward and specific terms are confirmed/announced by Applying Next, whose decision is final.

কাঠামোর পরিবর্তন ও মেয়াদ: বর্তমান কমিশন কাঠামো শুধুমাত্র ১ জুলাই, ২০২৬ পর্যন্ত প্রযোজ্য; এরপর ফি পুনর্নির্ধারণ করা হবে। এছাড়া Applying Next পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই কমিশন হার, প্রাইজ কাঠামো, লক্ষ্যমাত্রা বা যেকোনো নীতিমালা সংশোধন, পরিবর্তন বা প্রত্যাহার করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
Structure & validity: The current commission structure applies only until 1 July, 2026; fees will be revised thereafter. Applying Next also reserves the right to modify, change, or withdraw the commission rate, prize structure, targets, or any policy at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

অর্থ প্রদানের সময়সীমা: কমিশন ও প্রাইজ যাচাই সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর সাধারণত ৩০–৬০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে SR-এর নিবন্ধিত পেমেন্ট মাধ্যমে প্রদান করা হবে।
Payment timeline: Commissions and prizes are paid to the SR's registered payment method, typically within 30–60 business days following verification.

তথ্যের সঠিকতা ও জালিয়াতি: মিথ্যা তথ্য, ভুয়া বা ডুপ্লিকেট ফর্ম, একাধিক অ্যাকাউন্ট, আবেদনকারীদের প্রতারণা বা অন্য কোনো অসদাচরণ প্রমাণিত হলে SR-শিপ অবিলম্বে বাতিল ও অর্জিত কমিশন বাজেয়াপ্ত করা হবে; প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে আইনগত ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হতে পারে।
Accuracy & fraud: False information, fake or duplicate forms, multiple accounts, deceiving applicants, or other misconduct will result in immediate termination, forfeiture of earnings, and possible legal action.

স্বাধীন কন্ট্রাক্টর ও প্রযোজ্য আইন: SR স্বাধীন কন্ট্রাক্টর হিসেবে কাজ করবেন; এটি কোনো নিয়োগ বা অংশীদারিত্ব সৃষ্টি করে না। Applying Next যেকোনো সময় কারণ দর্শানো ছাড়া SR-শিপ অবসান করতে পারে। এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন ও ঢাকার আদালতের এখতিয়ারভুক্ত।
Independent contractor & governing law: The SR operates as an independent contractor; this creates no employment or partnership. Applying Next may terminate SR-ship at any time without cause. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and the courts of Dhaka.
