অ্যাকাউন্ট প্রদান: যাচাই শেষে এজেন্ট ড্যাশবোর্ডের লগইন তথ্য (Admin ID ও Password) Applying Next-এর অফিসিয়াল WhatsApp নাম্বার থেকে পাঠানো হবে। সমস্ত আবেদন অবশ্যই এজেন্ট পোর্টাল থেকে সম্পন্ন করতে হবে; পোর্টালের বাইরে করা কোনো কাজ কমিশনযোগ্য নয়।
Account provisioning: Upon approval, your Agent dashboard credentials will be sent from the official Applying Next WhatsApp number. All applications must be submitted through this dashboard; work performed outside the portal is not eligible for commission.

সফল আবেদনের সংজ্ঞা: "সফল আবেদন" বলতে বোঝায় এমন আবেদন যা শিক্ষার্থী কর্তৃক সম্পূর্ণ ফি পরিশোধসহ এজেন্ট পোর্টালের মাধ্যমে জমা হয়েছে এবং Applying Next কর্তৃক যাচাইকৃত। অসম্পূর্ণ, ডুপ্লিকেট, বাতিল বা পরবর্তীতে রিফান্ডকৃত আবেদন কমিশনযোগ্য নয়।
Definition of a successful application: A "successful application" means one submitted through the Agent portal with full student payment and verified by Applying Next. Incomplete, duplicate, cancelled, or refunded applications do not qualify.

উইথড্র সীমা: এজেন্ট নূন্যতম ৫০টি সফল আবেদন সম্পন্ন না করা পর্যন্ত কমিশন উইথড্র করতে পারবেন না। ৫০টি ছাড়িয়ে গেলে অর্জিত কমিশন প্রত্যাহারযোগ্য হবে। ৭৫টি অতিক্রম হলে Applying Next নিজস্ব বিবেচনায় হার অনুযায়ী এডজাস্টমেন্ট প্রয়োগ করবে।
Withdrawal threshold: No commission may be withdrawn until at least 50 successful applications are completed. Once 50 is crossed, commission becomes withdrawable. Beyond 75, Applying Next applies the relevant rate adjustment at its sole discretion.

কমিশন কাঠামোর পরিবর্তন: Applying Next কর্তৃপক্ষ পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই কমিশন হার, বোনাস কাঠামো, লক্ষ্যমাত্রা, কিংবা এজেন্ট সংক্রান্ত যেকোনো নীতিমালা সংশোধন, পরিবর্তন, বা প্রত্যাহার করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
Modification of structure: Applying Next reserves the right to modify, change, or withdraw the commission rate, bonus structure, targets, or any agent-related policy at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

Champion Bonus: Champion Bonus-এর নির্দিষ্ট লক্ষ্যমাত্রা ও শর্তাবলী অনুমোদিত এজেন্টদের ড্যাশবোর্ডে অথবা সরাসরি জানানো হবে। বোনাস প্রদানে Applying Next-এর সিদ্ধান্ত চূড়ান্ত ও বাধ্যকর বলে গণ্য হবে।
Champion Bonus: The specific target and terms of the Champion Bonus will be communicated to approved agents directly or via the dashboard. Applying Next's determination shall be final and binding.

অর্থ প্রদানের সময়সীমা: কমিশন ও বোনাস যাচাই সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর সাধারণত ৩০–৬০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে এজেন্টের নিবন্ধিত পেমেন্ট মাধ্যমে প্রদান করা হবে।
Payment timeline: Commissions and bonuses are disbursed via the agent's registered payment method, typically within 30–60 business days following verification.

তথ্যের সঠিকতা ও জালিয়াতি: মিথ্যা তথ্য প্রদান, ভুয়া আবেদন, একাধিক অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্যবহার, অর্থ আত্মসাৎ, শিক্ষার্থীদের প্রতারণা, বা অন্য কোনো অসদাচরণ প্রমাণিত হলে এজেন্টশিপ অবিলম্বে বাতিল করা হবে এবং অর্জিত সকল কমিশন ও বোনাস বাজেয়াপ্ত করা হবে। প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে আইনগত ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হতে পারে।
Accuracy & fraud: False information, fake applications, multiple accounts, misappropriation, deception of students, or other misconduct will result in immediate termination, forfeiture of all earned commissions and bonuses, and possible legal action.

স্বাধীন কন্ট্রাক্টর: এজেন্টশিপ Applying Next ও এজেন্টের মধ্যে কোনো নিয়োগ, অংশীদারিত্ব, বা যৌথ উদ্যোগের সম্পর্ক সৃষ্টি করে না। এজেন্ট স্বাধীন কন্ট্রাক্টর হিসেবে কাজ করবেন।
Independent contractor: Agentship does not create any employment, partnership, or joint-venture relationship. The agent operates as an independent contractor.

দায়মুক্তি: কোনো এজেন্টের ভুল, অবহেলা, প্রতারণা বা শর্ত লঙ্ঘনের কারণে কোনো শিক্ষার্থী, তৃতীয় পক্ষ বা সরকারি কর্তৃপক্ষের সম্ভাব্য ক্ষতি, দাবি বা মামলার দায় সম্পূর্ণভাবে সংশ্লিষ্ট এজেন্ট বহন করবেন; Applying Next এ ক্ষেত্রে কোনো দায় বহন করবে না।
Indemnification: Any loss, claim, or legal action resulting from an agent's error, negligence, fraud, or breach is the sole responsibility of the agent. Applying Next bears no liability.

অবসান: Applying Next যেকোনো সময়, কারণ দর্শানো ছাড়া, এক তরফাভাবে এজেন্টশিপ অবসান করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
Termination: Applying Next reserves the right to terminate agentship at any time, unilaterally and without cause.

প্রযোজ্য আইন: এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইনের অধীনে পরিচালিত হবে এবং ঢাকার সংশ্লিষ্ট আদালতের এখতিয়ারভুক্ত থাকবে।
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
